After graduating from Georgetown University School of Medicine, he completed a five-year Orthopedic Surgery residency at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.

To specialize in the most advanced motion-preservation techniques, Dr. Webb completed a prestigious dual Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Spine Surgery Fellowship at the Texas Back Institute (TBI).

This experience forged the discipline, composure, and "patient-first" mentality that he brings to every surgical case today. His highly decorated military career earned him several medals of distinction and a profound perspective on the value of physical health and resilience.
